This course details how computers can lessen the complexity inherent in solving complex problems with multiple stakeholders and retain that knowledge so it can be accessed across a geographically dispersed work force. This innovative approach is based upon solid experience numerous large companies.

        Understanding multi-dimensional stakeholder impact

To get problem solving skills and practices to "stick" in the field, included in the course for each participant is an access license to a web based problem solving tool Post class participants use this tool to enter a project.
