If there are multiple Root Causes or complex solutions, the problem can be escalated to an Expanded Investigation. You and your suppliers can identify and resolve specific, costly, and reoccurring problems across the supply base. Supply Chain Problem Solving allows you to initiate and monitor problems via the web. It collects all the data and reasoning associated with an issue. As the database grows, it develops a store of experienced-based production problem solving knowledge, which you can apply across the supplier base.
