To get problem solving skills and practices to "stick" in the field, included in the course for each participant is an access license to a web based problem solving tool Post class participants use this tool to enter a project.
At the McLane Company, Sandra Bushby, former Director of Training, Organization Development & Corporate Strategic Communication, designed her Post class projects to allow participants to use the skills from class to lead an "action team" of 3-5 people to identify a "solution". She reports:
